Ablauf der Beratung
Erstberatung mit Erhebung Ihrer Vorgeschichte und Erörterung Ihrer aktuellen Situation. Außerdem wird die nötige Diagnostik vorgeschlagen, die zum Teil in unserer Praxis erfolgt, zum Teil per Überweisung angefordert wird. Die zweite Beratung mit Erörterung der Befunde und der Behandlungs-Optionen kann persönlich in der Praxis oder per VIDEO-CALL erfolgen und findet in der Regel 2-3 Wochen nach dem ersten Beratungstermin statt.

zur Früherkennung häufiger Erkrankungen:
- Schlaganfall, Herzinfarkt, Atherosklerose -> A. Carotis-Ultraschall (Intima Media Dickenmessung)
- Osteoporose (Knochenbruchgefahr) -> Knochendichte-Messung (im Partner-Radiologiezentrum)
- Brustkrebs -> Mammographie, ggf. Mammasonographie (im Partner-Radiologiezentrum)
- Darmkrebs -> Darmspiegelung (Coloskopie – in Partnerpraxis Gastroenterologie)
- Schilddrüsen-Dysfunktion (Haarausfall, Erschöpfung, Kälteempfindlichkeit u.a.) -> Blutabnahme

Nur bioidentische Hormone
Eine gute und individuelle Beratung zum Thema Wechseljahre soll verständlich und hilfreich sein. Dazu ist Aufmerksamkeit und ausreichend Zeit nötig.
Ich habe das MENOPAUSE-ZENTRUM-MÜNCHEN gegründet um genau diese Voraussetzungen zu schaffen. Hormonelle Schwankungen treten bei der Frau häufig schon ab dem 40., beim Mann ab dem 50. Lebensjahr auf. Oft werden die Symptome einer Hormonstörung nicht ernst genommen, verkannt oder falsche Medikamente verordnet!
Außerhalb unserer Kassensprechstunden biete ich nach persönlicher Vereinbarung Montag bis Donnerstag nach Anmeldung in meiner Frauenarzt-Praxis in München eine eigene, auf bioidentische Hormone spezialisierte Sprechstunde für gynäkologische Endokrinologie an.

PERSONAL CONSULTATION IN THE PRACTICE
Private services in our MENOPAUSE-CENTER-MUNICH are billed according to GOÄ (Gebührenordnung für Ärzte), a corresponding treatment contract also allows private treatment for public health insurance patients in our COMFORT CONSULTATION HOUR. The scope of examination will be discussed and determined together, you will receive a detailed invoice. Please note: Your statutory health insurance is not obliged to reimburse.
NEW PATIENTS
For new patients we kindly require the documents sent to you with the appointment confirmation via the link: NELLY completed and signed within 3 days before the consultation.
In exceptional cases, you can download the required documents (1-6) from our website and return them signed by e-mail or fax.
VIDEO CONSULTATION ONLINE
You can book your appointment online or by phone. The appointment confirmation or an alternative appointment proposal is sent by email.
As always, billing for patients already known to us with private insurance is handled by our billing representative, MEDAS. Patients with public health insurance will receive an invoice by email or mail after the consultation.
A possibly necessary blood sample for hormones, if necessary internal parameters, will be taken in our practice. You will receive the appointment from me or by telephone in my practice.
