Personal risks, such as cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, or a family history of breast cancer, osteoporosis, or Alzheimer’s disease, as well as personal lifestyle and attitudes, all play a role in a good counseling session.
Once you have an understanding of your menopause and after careful evaluation and consideration of all aspects, you will be able to decide, together with your trusted doctor, which approach is the right one for you. At the follow-up appointment 2 weeks later, the findings will be reviewed and treatment options will be discussed. This can be done in person or through my video consultation.
