A corresponding treatment contract also allows private treatment for patients with health insurance in our COMFORT-SPRECHSTUNDE. The scope of examination will be discussed and determined together, you will receive a detailed invoice. . Please note: Your public health insurance is not obligated to reimburse.

As usual, the billing of the VIDEOSPRECHSTUNDE is done by our billing representative MEDAS for already registered patients with private health insurance. For new patients we require the signed documents sent to you with the appointment confirmation to be returned by e-mail before the consultation. Please have your identity card ready for authentication. You will then receive an invoice by e-mail or post after the consultation.
